Tver region sent more than 30 cubic meters of lumber to the SVO zone

Comprehensive and systematic work on sending vehicles, lumber, equipment, communications and other things necessary for military personnel to the SVO zone is carried out on behalf of Governor Igor Rudeni, as well as on the initiative of residents of the region, public organizations and enterprises. This time, forest users of the Kimr and Bezhetsky districts took part in the collection of lumber: Granit LLC, Vetluga LLC, Terem LLC, Chesnova IP and Tianigin IP. Lumber was also provided by Resource LLC from the Forest District. Camouflage nets, trench candles, dry souls, parcels from residents and letters from children were sent to the SVO zone from Sonkovo district. Another humanitarian cargo from the municipality was received by a resident of the district - a fighter with the call sign "Tsar". In addition, the Tver headquarters "Together" transferred to the 299 Airborne Regiment a thermal imaging sight and communications equipment. Recall that in the Upper Volga region until May 31, 2025 inclusively extended the period of granting an increased amount of a one-time regional payment when concluding a contract for service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The servicemen who signed the contract receive 2.4 million rubles. In the Tver region also provide a one-time cash payment to residents who assisted in attracting citizens to military service under the contract (with the exception of law enforcement officers). The amount of payment is 100 thousand rubles for each citizen involved in the service. The deadline for applying for this payment has also been extended until May 31, 2025 inclusive.
