On February 19, the air harbors of Kazan and Nizhnekamsk also temporarily did not receive or send aircraft. Prior to this, restrictions on flights were introduced in five air harbors - in Astrakhan, Vladikavkaz, Ulyanovsk, Kaluga and Grozny.
