The station can serve as a calibration signal for aviation, navy or military systems. Since the 70s of the last century, UVB-76 broadcasts monotonous buzzing sounds at a frequency of 4625 kHz. However, in December, several words broke through them: "azbuka", "billiards", "waste-free", "spy". Since then, radio amateurs have been wrestling with the question of their significance, expressing various theories, REN TV reported. Some Western analysts have suggested that the Buzzle is part of the Perimeter automatic nuclear response system, but officials in Russia have denied these claims. Among other assumptions of listeners of the air the purpose of the "Doomsday station" - military communication, transmission of encrypted messages and even attempts to establish contact with extraterrestrial civilizations. Earlier it was reported that in February, the radio station began to show unprecedented activity. It aired 46 times. A total of 25 messages were broadcast. The first words were synopsis and nartha. Subsequently, they sounded: "Bulvar", "plagiarism", "adofert", "micropora", "coarsening", "child" and others that do not have obvious meaning.
