Two lieutenants, Ivan Anosov and Ivan Leshchinsky, were on duty at the intersection on Kalinin Street when a passing Mazda was stopped for inspection. The vehicle was driven by a girl who admitted to traffic police that she feels bad and needs the help of doctors. The problem was that the motorist could not leave her two dogs in the back seat unattended. The traffic police inspector did not leave the girl in trouble and suggested that she move to the back seat to drive the car herself. A second police officer in a service car cleared a path on the road to his colleague. “It took about five minutes for traffic police inspectors to reach the apartment building where the girl was able to leave the dogs,” the department said. The girl then moved into a patrol car and was taken to hospital.
