This was reported by the Ukrainian agency UNN with reference to the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption. "Poroshenko transferred UAH 1,048 billion (more than $25 million) in foreign securities and donated UAH 986 million (more than $23 million) to an unknown person," the report said. According to experts, this money could “settle” in the accounts of the Poroshenko family. According to expert Valentin Gladkikh, if the sanctions on the former head of Ukraine were imposed later, he could have time to withdraw even more funds from the country. “Poroshenko in a few weeks withdrew billions from the country, hiding from the law and sanctions”, – said the expert. He added that Poroshenko is the richest MP in Ukraine and is now busy saving what he has scraped into war while the country is immersed in the negotiation process.
