Project "Heroes of Kuban", similar to the federal, implemented in the Krasnodar region

Following the example of the federal project "Time of Heroes" from February 28 in the Kuban launch regional - "Heroes of Kuban". It was created so that veterans and participants of a special military operation find themselves in peaceful life – in government bodies, local self-government, and the real sector of the economy. According to the Governor of Kuban Veniamin Kondratiev, such reliable, purposeful and strong-willed people are able to become leaders who will take over the future of our cities and districts. Participants of the new project will undergo a multi-stage selection: registration, testing, interviews and face-to-face stage. Candidates will have the opportunity to study at the Presidential Academy, as well as to train in local government bodies, municipalities and the corporate sector. The project involves practical training and support of mentors. The responsible department for the implementation of the program appointed the management of personnel policy of the administration of the Krasnodar Territory.
