It was established that in July 2023, the man took his sister’s phone and transferred 14.1 thousand rubles from her bank account to his friend. He spent that money on his own needs. In August of the same year, the defendant near his home met a familiar 15-year-old girl. Under a far-fetched pretext, he lured the teenager to his apartment, where he committed sexual assault and rape against her. In an attempt to avoid further violence, the victim jumped out of the apartment window. During the fall, the girl suffered serious injuries. It was also found that in similar circumstances, the man brought a 13-year-old girl into his apartment and sexually assaulted her. In court, the man pleaded not guilty and asked to be acquitted. On Thursday, February 20, the Supreme Court of Udmurtia found the 35-year-old defendant guilty of theft, committing violent sexual acts against two minors, as well as raping one of them. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison in a special regime colony and deprived of the right to engage in activities related to the upbringing and education of children in any institutions and organizations for 19 years.
