RIA Novosti: for entrepreneurship at home in some cases faces a fine

At the same time, as pointed out by the lawyer of the practice of legal support of entrepreneurship of the bureau of lawyers “De jure” Julia Shchiptsova, in the case of organizing a family kindergarten, claims may arise not only because of increased noise, but also because of the parameters of the room, which may be inappropriate. There are a number of types of business that cannot be run at home. According to Peshkova, we are talking about the work of shops, cafes, restaurants with open access and mass attendance. Medical clinics, dentistry and treatment rooms cannot be opened in apartments, except for consultations without the equipment of the office. So, for dental sanitary standards require a separate entrance. Opening hotels and hostels in apartments is also impossible. “It is permitted to rent an apartment on a daily basis. The law does not consider this type of activity as requalification of an apartment in a hotel, the statement said. If the official bodies – Rospotrebnadzor, housing inspection, local self-government bodies learn about illegal entrepreneurial activity at home, then the owner faces fines, and in case of their non-execution – lawsuits in court to achieve a ban on activity. The size of fines is small – up to 2 thousand rubles, experts pointed out RIA Novosti. Earlier, the Deputy Chairman of the Duma Committee for Construction and Housing Svetlana Razvorotneva appealed to the Ministry of Construction, offering to oblige homeowners to report tenants to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and management companies.
