They say that against Asgarov initiated three enforcement proceedings. He was fined three times by the Savelovsky District Court. "So, in September 2023, the court fined him 40 thousand rubles for the absence of a foreign agency plaque," RIA Novosti reported, having read the court materials. In August 2023, the court fined him the same amount for failure to report a foreign agent to the authorized body. "And in January last year, Asgarov was again issued a new foreign agency fine of 50 thousand rubles," the text says. In addition, a criminal case was initiated against Asgarov under part 4 of Article 354.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for the rehabilitation of Nazism. He is arrested in absentia and is wanted.
