In early January of this year, the head of the administration of Ryazan Vitaly Artemov demanded that employees abandon festive events in the conditions of the SVO. This is reported in the Telegram channel of the city hall. Some authorities ignored this requirement. Colleagues found this behavior unacceptable. Earlier, Kirichenko was removed from office for the period of inspection.
