Sergey Snezhkin’s films have attracted the interest of a wide audience from the very beginning. This is due to the fact that his paintings accurately reflect and analyze what is happening in different periods of our history. At the same time, Snezhkin is always not only a director, but also a full-fledged writer of the script. He is an extraordinary, contradictory man. Most of his work is filmed in a tough manner, meanwhile, friends and relatives consider him a lyricist. In the monologue film Sergey Olegovich will talk about family, creative meetings and dreams about the future. His most important memories are those of Inessa Snezhkina, his wife and costume designer in many of his works. The shooting took place in the director’s apartment on the beloved Vasilievsky Island and in the country house, which was built by one of his sons – architect Georgy Snezhkin. We will also visit Sergey Olegovich’s classes with future directors at the St. Petersburg State Institute of Film and Television.
