Employees of the regional GZHI came with an inspection and found out that dampness arose due to the leak of pipelines of sewerage and heating systems. Before the intervention of inspectors, the “manager” serving the MKD, was not going to deal with the communal problem. Cases were initiated against the organization under parts 2 and 3 under Article 14.1.3 of the Administrative Code. The department promises to monitor the elimination of all violations. By the way, similar situations with dampness in basements developed in houses No. 5 on Krivenkova, No. 49 on Nedelina and No. 1 on Parkova in Lipetsk. All those responsible were punished with fines after complaints from residents.
