UK will pay 25,000 for darkness and dampness in the basements of the house on Krivenkova in Lipetsk

Residents of the house No5 on Krivenkova Street in Lipetsk complained of darkness, dampness and stench in the basements. Inspection of GZHI showed that in the first and second entrances, the smell was caused by flooding with sewage. At the same time, in one of them, water soaked the soils, the base of the foundation and the construction of the basement. In the 1, 2 and 3 entrances, there was also a partial lack of lighting. Despite obvious communal problems, the CC serving high-rise buildings did not act. Employees of the State Housing Inspectorate brought LLC "Sunny City" to administrative responsibility under part 2 of Article 14.1.3 of the Administrative Code. The responsible person was fined in the amount of 25 thousand rubles.
