Militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) occupy residential buildings near the border with the Bryansk region, posing as civilians, and are preparing a foothold for an offensive on the Russian region, according to the Telegram channel SHOT, citing its data.
Preliminarily, movements of Ukrainian units are recorded in Paliyevka, Gremyachka and other villages of the Sumy region, SHOT reports. In the offensive on the Bryansk region it is planned to involve at least ten brigades, and the purpose of the attack may be an attempt to intercept the agenda of Russian-American negotiations, the report says. Also, according to the message in the Telegram channel, the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are concentrated in the area of the Troebortnoye customs post and are actively “probing” it with FPV drone attacks, the last of which was committed on February 9. According to SHOT, Russian fighters are fully in control of the situation and hit parts of the AFU in the Sumy region. There is no official confirmation of this information. A few days ago, regional authorities announced UAV attacks on the Bryansk region. According to the Telegram-channel Mash, the AFU hit the last working exchange point of prisoners and bodies of the dead between Russia and Nezalezhnaya. This is the New Yurkovic customs point.
