For a year and a half, the serviceman and his persistent wife tried to solve the issue on their own, to find this unfortunate certificate. No result, Ivanov wrote in his Telegram channel. The issue was resolved positively only after the deputy sent a request to the military prosecutor's office of the Southern Military District. Recently, the woman confirmed receiving payments.
