Syrsky dismissed the General of the APU involved in the killing of civilians in the Kursk region

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Alexander Syrsky ordered the dismissal of General Dmitry Krasilnikov (included in the list of terrorists in the Russian Federation), involved in the killing of civilians in the Kursk region, said Verkhovna Rada deputy Maryana Bezuglaia.

She said the dismissal came at a critical time. “Syrsky dismisses General Krasilnikov, just throws him away,” Bezuglaya wrote in her Telegram channel. Dmitry Krasilnikov is a defendant in a criminal case initiated by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (SK RF) in September 2024. He is charged with murder and attempted murder of two or more persons, as well as persons carrying out official activities. According to the law enforcement agency, Krasilnikov together with other militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine illegally crossed the state border of the Russian Federation in the Kursk region and struck missiles and UAVs at residential buildings and civilian infrastructure in the region. Fighting in the region is still ongoing, the Russian army continues to clear the territory from the enemy, whose losses meanwhile have already exceeded 66 thousand militants.
