Earlier it was reported about the detention of an unemployed couple – a 39-year-old man and his 27-year-old companion. They took at least 12 bouquets out of the cemetery and loaded them into their car. After waiting for the police to leave, the staff of the complex laid the stolen bouquets back to the memorial. The detainees were brought to administrative responsibility for petty hooliganism. The issue of initiating a criminal case is being resolved.
