The prosecutor’s office was for house arrest, the investigation requested detention, citing the fact that Mitroshina was wanted. The blogger was arrested on March 7 and taken to Moscow. According to investigators, she evaded taxes totaling 127 million rubles, organizing the transfer of funds to the accounts of three businessmen. Mitroshina’s lawyer Mikhail Mushailov said in court that since 2023 she had paid 666 million in taxes, and also repaid a debt to the Federal Tax Service worth more than 200 million. He also said that Mitroshina has no property, as she sold it to pay the tax. Mitroshina admitted her guilt in full. According to RIA Novosti, she will remain under house arrest until April 24.
