This information can be obtained from the employees of the multifunctional center, Golovanov said in an interview with RIA Novosti. Also, the expert told about the most popular scheme of scammers: most often they try to lure out a one-time user code for authorization, using the legend about the need to replace meters and reissue the intercom keys.
