It was alleged that the footage – a fighter of the local martial arts League Matvey Levanov, reports RIA Novosti. The arrest of the athlete was reported by the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. “He will be held accountable for discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation,” the ministry said. In turn, the league itself announced the exclusion of the man from its ranks.
