This is one of the main techniques today, says Pavel Ekimov, head of the city rescue service of Chelyabinsk. In total, 11 organizations and 36 units of equipment took part in the review. Due to the abnormally warm winter, large water in the Southern Urals is expected earlier than usual. At the same time, the amount of snow, experts say, less than last year. But, despite this, 4,500 specialists and several hundred units of equipment are already ready to eliminate the consequences of the flood and prevent emergencies in Chelyabinsk.
