They were detained in Chelyabinsk and taken by plane to Moscow, Kommersant reports, and the Investigative Committee plans to file motions for their arrest in Moscow's Meshchansky Court on February 21. The materials of the case say that the budget money was transferred to the accounts of companies associated with the defendants.
