According to the mayor of Blagoveshchensk, the Tribune Hall project is a very important and iconic place for the city and the region. “This will be the largest public area in the entire Amur region, which includes more than 11 hectares. The facilities that will be built and put into operation, of course, will increase the status and image attractiveness of not only Blagoveshchensk as the capital, but also the region, the Amur region, said Imameev. According to the general director of the contractor, the construction of the Tribune Hall will be completed by March 30. Earlier, Deputy Director of the Center for the Development of Territories Alexander Volegov said that in the dinopark, which will appear in the pavilion "Tribune Hall" in Blagoveshchensk, will place life-size dinosaur figures that will move their limbs and make realistic sounds, as in the jungle.
