In Troitsk, Chelyabinsk region, the old building will be included in the state register of cultural heritage objects. This is a merchant two-storey house, which was built in the second half of the XIX century.
According to the State Committee for the Protection of Cultural Heritage Sites of the Chelyabinsk region, we are talking about the Estate of the merchant Muzafar. This object received a positive conclusion for inclusion in the State Register of OKN. The building was built in 1870, 155 years ago. The two-storey house was originally defined as “Urazaev’s house with a trade shop”. However, it was later revealed that it belonged to the merchant Muzafar. The first floor was occupied by a shop called Muzafarka by the locals. According to experts, the building of the merchant house reflects the architecture of urban development of the XIX century and preserves the history of merchant life of Troitsk. At the same time, it differs in original design. For example, “eared” casings and a corner pilaster with diamond rust stand out, which makes a merchant house in the Chelyabinsk region unique.
