Olga Tikhomirova (Glafira Tarkhanova) from Tver works as a social worker. Once she had a misfortune: her young son was killed by a car. After that, her husband left, and now she lives alone, long ago put an end to his personal life. But one day the fortune teller predicts that Olga will soon meet her prince, not on a white horse, but on a red bicycle. And indeed, soon Olga has a new ward, a famous writer Suvorin (Ivan Brovin) in a red wheelchair.
