The sale of energy in schools and stadiums banned in the Chelyabinsk region

Energy has become an integral part of the life of modern youth. However, they contain caffeine and L-carnitine, which, according to doctors, are especially harmful to the health of the child. That is why federal lawmakers have banned their sale to children under 18. The restrictions will come into force on the first of March. And the deputies of the Chelyabinsk region supplemented this law. The sale of power engineers will be banned in educational organizations, for example through vending machines, as well as cultural, sports and medical institutions. The law will come into force on the first of September. It was adopted at the 62nd meeting of the Legislative Assembly of the Chelyabinsk region. Amendments to the regional budget were also considered. Distributed almost 18 billion rubles. “We have allocated this money to very important areas. Of course, the priority for the participants of a special military operation is various social payments. Including, we have payments related to wages, in connection with the indexation, which since the new year was, — said the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Chelyabinsk region Oleg Gerber. We also discussed measures of social support for the SVO participants. “Most importantly, the law on social assistance has been amended. First of all, they are participants in a special military operation and members of their families. This support measure was extended for another year, adds Igor Egorov, Deputy Chairman of the Legislative Assembly Committee on Social Policy. Another law that the deputies adopted in three readings is the transformation of the municipalities of the Chelyabinsk region. “Kusinsky and Ashinsky municipal districts have now become districts. Simply put, the transition to a single-level system of power. In settlements, villages and other settlements on the territory there will be no heads, the district will be managed by one person, says correspondent Andrei Dubinin. “Access to the authorities will be, because there will be territorial representations,” adds the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly Committee on Legislation Anatoly Bragin. The deputies supported the initiative of the head of the region on new awards, including the medal "Labor Valor of the Southern Urals" and the insignia "For Assistance to a Special Military Operation".
