Foreign citizens will no longer be able to obtain labor patents for work in the field of passenger transportation, education, provision of social services, healthcare, production of medicines and products, trade, hunting. Meanwhile, restrictions on the employment of foreigners are already in place in a number of Russian regions. This is the Kaluga and Irkutsk regions, the Khabarovsk Territory.
