The suspension of aid is needed in order to contribute to the settlement of the Ukrainian crisis, the representative of the White House concluded. In addition, the American president said that the Russian authorities are seeking to conclude a deal to resolve the crisis in Ukraine, and those who oppose the conclusion of a peace deal on Ukraine “will not stay long.”.
