The Moscow Department of Culture has announced that the new regulations have already affected venues participating in the pilot project. Currently, there are 84 organizations on the list. Among them are the Moscow Sovremennik Theatre, Mayakovsky Theatre, Mossovet Theatre, Helikon Opera, Praktika Theatre, as well as the ZIL Cultural Center, Moskvich Theatre, Zaryadye Hall, and Mosconcert. Each viewer must have a named ticket, regardless of age, and must present identification when attending performances. Acceptable forms of identification include a passport, foreign passport, birth certificate (for children under 14), student ID, Pushkin Card, military ID, driver's license, or refugee ID. Passport information must now be provided when purchasing tickets for any event taking place after March 15th. Starting from March 15th, identification will be required to attend events.
