According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the region, the man was walking along the Artillery Lane and noticed two girls. Having felt, as the detainee himself stated, “easy attraction”, he showed them the penis. The children told their parents about the incident, who immediately went to the police. The pervert was caught hot on the trail. He has now been remanded in custody. Two criminal cases have been initiated against the man. The defendant is checked for involvement in similar crimes.
