📝 Summary
On the eve of the Vaninsky district court found guilty under articles "Attempted illegal sale of narcotic drugs committed using the Internet by a group of persons by prior conspiracy, in large size" two citizens of a foreign state.
The court found that in July-August last year, the defendants joined the drug distribution group and, on the instructions of its organizer, purchased over 330 grams of heroin in the Primorsky Territory, which they planned to sell on the territory of the Vanino district of the Khabarovsk Territory through stashes. Arriving in the village of Vanino, they bought the necessary tools and prepared part of the substance for sale, packaging it into small batches. However, to bring the criminal intent to the end could not, because they were detained by law enforcement officers. Taking into account the position of the state prosecutor of the Vanino Transport Prosecutor’s Office, the court sentenced the perpetrators to punishment in the form of 9 years and 9 years 6 months of imprisonment with serving in a correctional colony of strict regime. The criminal case against the accomplice has been allocated to a separate proceeding, an investigation is being conducted.
