Two foreigners convicted of trying to sell drugs in the Khabarovsk Territory
Two foreign citizens were found guilty of attempted illegal sale of narcotic drugs committed using the Internet by a group of persons by prior conspiracy, on a large scale. The corresponding verdict was made by the Vaninsky district court of the Khabarovsk Territory, the Far Eastern Transport Prosecutor’s Office reported in the Telegram channel.

Two foreign citizens were found guilty of attempted illegal sale of narcotic drugs committed using the Internet by a group of persons by prior conspiracy, on a large scale. The corresponding verdict was made by the Vaninsky district court of the Khabarovsk Territory, the Far Eastern Transport Prosecutor’s Office reported in the Telegram channel.
During the hearing, it was established that in July-August 2024, the defendants in the case joined the group on the Internet created for the distribution of drugs. At the instruction of the organizer, foreigners bought more than 330 g of heroin in the Primorsky Territory. They were going to implement it through caches-layouts in the Vaninsky district. Already in Vanino, drug dealers packaged some of the heroin into small batches. However, to bring the criminal intent to the end could not, because they were detained by law enforcement officers, – said the Agency. The perpetrators were sentenced to 9 and 9.5 years of imprisonment with serving in a correctional colony of strict regime.
