Lipchanin built a workshop with a machine at home
Lipetsk craftsman in his house made weapons and ammunition for them. He was detained by employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with the support of Regardie and SOBR Phoenix. During the search, the 57-year-old men seized a machine, as well as 17 homemade guns, 600 rounds of various calibers, spare parts. All seized items were sent for examination. As reported in the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs, forensic experts managed to find out that the carbine is suitable for firing live ammunition. The examination also revealed that the cartridges are intended for rifled weapons. A criminal case was opened under part 1 of article 223 of the criminal code on the illegal manufacture of weapons.
