And it does not matter whether you are a welder or a tractor driver, a touch of grace and beauty can be brought to absolutely any job. The main thing is to believe in yourself. Ksenia Shpirkina manages with a wrench elegantly and easily, like a nail file. The girl's task is to pick up the tractor engine. Such tasks are performed by all students of the Leningrad Technical College who decided to become tractor drivers. Ksenia is a 1st year student of the Leningrad Technical College and has always dreamed about the profession of a tractor driver not only because she likes big machinery and work in agriculture, but also because she wants to break the stereotypes that a tractor driver is a male profession. She is the first student in the history of the college. If at first classmates treated this choice of profession with skepticism, today they turn to her for help and support in this endeavor. Hiding under protective gloves fresh manicure, and under the mask of bright makeup Diana Pivar learns to make smooth seams – welding. Two years ago, she chose an unusual profession. Now we are gaining skills and experience in working with metal. Each small victory is an attempt to prove that professions and specialties do not have divisions into men and women. To study the approach to all types of metals, learn to work not only by welding, but to curb the Bulgarian, jigsaws and all kinds of grinding machines. If for guys, it would seem that these skills are passed down from fathers. For girls, this only opens up during college. Earlier in the news of the Krasnodar Territory: the Governor of Kuban congratulated the residents of the region on the International Women's Day.
