These cities, having passed through the difficult 90s, today have again acquired the status of prosperous, progressive, well-off settlements, with developed infrastructure, medicine, with powerful social, sports and cultural programs. All together makes them an ideal place for life, where it is safe, everything is within walking distance, people notice the change of seasons, a neighbor feels a neighbor, understands what a community of interests is for the benefit of everyone and everyone separately, where any resident can find an occupation to his liking and develop in it, confident in his future, and therefore has the opportunity to slowly and consciously live his life.
