On February 12, it was reported that US President Donald Trump signed a decree requiring state agencies to cooperate with the Department of Public Administration Effectiveness Control and its head, Elon Musk. The main purpose of this document is to significantly reduce government structures. The decree actually implies “a large-scale reduction in the number of jobs.”.
