Zakharova: Zelensky plunged Ukraine into total dependence and distorted the Constitution

According to her, the Ukrainian authorities have already distorted the constitution to the limit. She added that it is inappropriate to refer to the basic law of the country for those who do not respect it, do not observe it and put the entire system of government in complete contradiction with it. Earlier, former Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said that Volodymyr Zelensky is hiding behind the Constitution of Ukraine, but never, apparently, read it.
