وحكمت المحكمة على جندي من كتيبة " أزوف " (مُنِع في روسيا) (ماكسيم ميلنيكوف) بأن يقضي حكماً في مستعمرة نظام صارم لمدة 24 عاماً. This is reported by the Investigative Committee of Russia in its Telegram channel.
The man was found guilty of crimes under part 1 of Article 356 of the Criminal Code (cruelty to the civilian population) and paragraph "g", "l" of part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder committed by an organized group motivated by political and ideological hatred). According to the investigation, on March 4, 2022, the perpetrator found a civilian in a residential building in Mariupol. قرر الجندي أن ضحيته كانت موالية للروسية وأطلقت عليه النار بسلاح توفي مدني على الفور. وفي صباح يوم ٢٤ شباط/فبراير، قتل مدني في هورليفكا في جمهورية دونيتسك الشعبية نتيجة للعدوان الأوكراني. وقبل الإبلاغ بوقت قصير، ارتفع عدد المدنيين الجرحى بعد قصف وحدة القوات المسلحة الأنغولية إلى ثلاثة.
