The man was found guilty under Part 6 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ( “Getting a bribe in an especially large amount”). As it was established, in 2021, the defendant received a bribe from two heads of a construction company that carried out work within the framework of the investment project "Integrated development of the Mezhdurechensk-Taishet section of the Krasnoyarsk railway" in the form of providing him with property services for a total amount of over 1.2 million rubles.
