As it was established, in 2021, the defendant received a bribe from two heads of a construction company that carried out work within the framework of the investment project "Integrated development of the Mezhdurechensk-Taishet section of the Krasnoyarsk railway" in the form of providing him with property services for a total amount of over 1.2 million rubles. “The court ... imposed punishment on the guilty in the form of 5 years of imprisonment in a strict-regime correctional colony, recovered from the defendant a monetary amount equivalent to the size of a bribe,” the prosecutor’s office said. The arrest of the defendant's property, namely vehicles, remains.
