On the morning of last Sunday, February 23, a 20-year-old courier of food delivery in Lipetsk contacted the police. The guy said that while he was carrying the order, his bicycle, standing at the house on the street Cosmonauts, someone stole. The damage the young man estimated at 25 thousand rubles. Law enforcement officers examined CCTV footage and found the suspect. It turned out to be a 34-year-old Lipman. The man saw an unfastened bicycle, got on it and drove home. The stolen transport from the Lipchan was seized, and a case was opened against him under part 2 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code “Theft”. Now the lover of a ride on someone else's bicycle faces up to 5 years in prison.
