In the Lipetsk region, the ratio of average per capita debt on loans to annual salary at the beginning of 2025 was 48.2. On average, one economically active person owes banks 325.3 thousand rubles. Over the year, the debt burden increased by 10.3%. Among the regions of the Chernozem region, Belgorod is in 18th place with a level of indebtedness of 51.6%, Kursk is in 24th place with a result of 53%, Tambov is in 35th place with 55.5%, and Voronezh is in 36th place with 55.8%. The least amount of loans in Russia are taken in Ingushetia, Crimea, and Dagestan. The highest level of indebtedness was found among the residents of Tuva. The rating was prepared by RIA Novosti based on data from the Central Bank and Rosstat.
