The Kuzminsky District Court of Moscow found Alexander Golovin guilty of producing and distributing extremist materials and sentenced him to an administrative fine.
The reason for bringing Golovin to justice was the publication on the social network “Vkontakte” demotivator containing an image and a quote from the speech of Joseph Goebbels, Minister of Education and Propaganda of Nazi Germany. During the hearing, Golovin admitted his guilt and expressed remorse. The court took into account the disability of the accused and regarded it as mitigating circumstances, follows from the materials of the court decision available to TASS.
