In the course of the administrative investigation, it was established that unidentified persons acting in the interests of the microcredit company first threatened the debtor, and then realized their unlawful intentions by sending messages with a photo of the applicant’s daughter with the inscriptions “Rosysk”, “Suspected of intentional embezzlement of funds” through the Vkontakte social network and the Telegram messenger. In addition, in violation of the current legislation, the sent text messages did not contain mandatory information about the presence of overdue debts, the name of the creditor and his contacts. "A microcredit company was found guilty of committing an offense under Part 1 of Article 14.57 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Violation of the requirements of the legislation on the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of individuals in the implementation of activities for the return of overdue debts." The legal entity was imposed an administrative fine of 100 thousand rubles. An aggravating circumstance in the imposition of punishment was the fact that earlier the organization was already brought to administrative responsibility for a similar offense committed in the Altai Territory, the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Perm Territory reported.
