The incident occurred in Ussuriysk. According to the regional prosecutor's office, the detained individual grossly violated public order in the entrance of building No. 87 on Blucher Avenue, firing shots through the entrance window and then in the courtyard of the apartment building. The shooter was apprehended. A criminal case on hooliganism has been initiated. The man has been sent to pre-trial detention for 29 days. It is noted that he had a previous criminal record. The object from which the shots were fired is currently undergoing forensic examination. According to the police, no one was injured in the incident.
