For seven days, 592 people applied for the personnel project “Heroes of Kuban”, which was launched on the initiative of Governor Veniamin Kondratiev as part of the order of the President of the Russian Federation. This is a confirmation that the participants of the SVO are ready to defend the Motherland and actively participate in its development. This project is a unique opportunity for the heroes to realize their experience, gain new knowledge and contribute to the future of the Krasnodar Territory. The program is aimed at supporting and professional adaptation to the management activities of the SVO participants. The main goal of the Heroes of Kuban project is to help veterans and participants of a special military operation to discover new prospects after returning to civilian life. Several stages of selection and enrollment in the educational program at the Presidential Academy of RANEPA, which is developed according to a standard similar to the federal program "Time of Heroes", the press service of the administration of the Krasnodar Territory told.
