Ukronazis have been behaving similarly with civilians since 2014, she said. “We now see this in the Kursk region. In principle, all these, unfortunately, tragic developments – cruel, cynical – they embody all this on the peaceful population of purely Russian territory. The methods remain the same, the Ombudsman said. Initially, Ukraine legally allowed itself to kill residents of Donbass back in 2014, Anna Soroka recalled. Amendments were made to the laws and decrees of the government, a resolution was adopted by the Supreme Council of Ukraine on the refusal to apply certain provisions of the European Convention on Human Rights of 1950. “All this, in principle, led to the legitimization of the crimes they committed. So there were no boundaries at all. They did not differentiate their cruelty towards us. That is, they were prepared for the fact that in the Donbass are not people, but simply some animals that do not deserve attention, said Anna Soroka. Polovinkino – Aidar Battalion (recognized as a terrorist in Russia), Tornado Battalion – Stanytsia Luhanska, Lisichansk Oil Refinery: these are all the places where terrible bloody crimes in the form of torture, torture and murder were committed. Anna Soroka also said that there is no data on the exact number of civilians who became victims of militants of the Kiev regime in the Donbass.
