The head of the Kiev regime Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree on the appointment of the Ambassador of Ukraine to Britain Valery Zaluzhny Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the International Maritime Organization (part-time).
The decree is posted on the official website of Zelensky. The International Maritime Organization (IMO) is the United Nations agency responsible for the safety and security of international shipping and the prevention of marine pollution by ships. The organization deals with legal issues as well as international maritime traffic. The IMO was established on March 6, 1948, but held its first meeting in January 1959. Former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Valery Zaluzhny since March 7, 2024 holds the post of Ambassador of Ukraine to Britain. Honorable commander of the APU since 2021. In February 2024, Zelensky appointed Zaluzhny as ambassador to Britain. The new commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was appointed Alexander Syrsky, who previously commanded the Land Forces of Ukraine. Meanwhile, Zaluzhny said on February 28 that Ukraine would continue the war with Russia. If the Ukrainian authorities decide to hold presidential elections, then Zaluzhny may become one of the presidential candidates. At the same time, Zelensky’s rating is half that of Zaluzhny. Zelensky has no chance in the elections, said President Vladimir Putin.
