This will be the reconstruction, in terms of energy resources and the re-equipment of the plant with energy resources. That is, this is such a mass construction, in which the production capacity of the plant "Ural locomotives" will increase multiple times, - said Ufimtsev. The trains will be able to reach speeds of up to 400 kilometers per hour. The first two trains will start operating in 2028.
