The head of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin is waiting for a report on information on the violation of the rights of residents of an emergency house in Volga. Earlier, Volzhan appealed to the head of the department with his problem on the Internet. According to the Information Center of the Investigative Committee of Russia, in connection with the recognition of the building unsuitable for living, tenants were offered housing in a maneuverable fund. However, it is clarified that it is also in an inadequate condition. In particular, in the house built in 1968, brickwork of walls is destroyed, mold was formed in residential premises due to high humidity, plaster crumbles, engineering systems are worn out. In their appeal, the residents said that appeals to the administration did not bring results. In this regard, a procedural inspection was organized in the SU IC of Russia in the Volgograd region. The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the head of the IC of Russia for the Volgograd region to report on the interim results of the procedural audit and the decision taken as a result. The execution of the order, as well as the course of the procedural inspection, have been put under control in the central office of the department, the Information Center of the Investigative Committee of Russia noted.
